How do I return an item?

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything that you buy from us. Due to the custom nature of some of our products if for any reason you find that the product is defective or not performing as specified please contact us directly for further evaluation. Custom and Special Order Products are not returnable. Many times errors in operation or connection may be responsible for the anomalies you may be experiencing. Please call our customer service representatives first and we will be happy to assist you in solving any problems.

Return Due to Shipping Damage
Please report any shipping damage to Handy Enterprises, LLC within 24 hours of receipt so that a claim may be processed. If after accepting delivery you find concealed damage to your merchandise please report it to us within 24 hours. Handy Enterprises LLC, will not be held liable for any shipping damage reported after 24 hours of receipt.

Defective Product Return
Handy Enterprises, LLC offers a 14 day repair or replacement period for all defective merchandise. Within the first 14 days of receiving the product please make sure that everything is in order and working properly. If within these first 14 days you discover that the product is defective please contact us immediately in order to obtain an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All defective product that is to be exchanged must be in original, unused and unaltered condition, in original box and contain all manuals, documentation, warranty cards and accessories originally contained in the packaging. All defective exchanged merchandise must be shipped insured and traceable, preferably via FedEx or UPS. Custom and special order products may not be returned but will be repaired as needed. If your product becomes defective more than 14 days after receipt, please follow the instructions found in the written Handy Enterprises, LLC Warranty to have your product serviced.

Non-Defective Product Return
If you are unhappy with your purchase (excluding custom or special order products), for any reason other than damage, defect or wrong shipment, simply contact Handy Enterprises within 14 days of product receipt by phone at 1-630-345-3954 or by email at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

All non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unused and unaltered condition, in original box and contain all manuals, documentation, warranty cards and accessories originally contained in the packaging. All non-defective returns/exchanges must be shipped insured and traceable, preferably via FedEx or UPS. You are responsible for all fees incurred for returns/exchanges and any loss or damage that may occur prior to our receipt and approval of the return/exchange shipment. Non-defective returns/exchanges may be subject to 15% restocking fee. If you received free shipping it will be subtracted from your refund.

As soon as we confirm receipt and inspect the product and accessories, Handy Enterprises will issue a credit to your credit card account for the price of the merchandise, minus applicable restocking fee and shipping charges.

Please note: We do not credit the original shipping cost or pay your return shipping cost. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of receipt.

Return Merchandise Authorizations
Your Return Merchandise Authorization is valid for 15 days from the day it was sent to you.
