Temperature and Hand Sanitizer Checkpoint

The HandyCTH is a temperature sensing, hand sanitizing checkpoint that can control building access. When placed at any entrance the HandyCTH offers an unattended reading of a person's temperature and mandatory sanitizing of the person's hands BEFORE they are allowed to enter into the building.


The HandyCTH, when placed at the entrance of a building or area, controls building access through temperature checks and mandatory hand sanitizing. The HandyCTH counts how many people enter and how many people leave an area and can maintain the targeted occupancy level.

The HandyCTH features an integrated and highly accurate temperature sensor that automatically reads and displays a person's temperature on the built-in display. If a person's temperature reads normal they are asked both verbally and visually to sanitize their hands. Once they sanitize the HandyCTH gates will open and allow the person to enter. This ensures that a person entering into a building will be temperature checked and sanitized BEFORE they enter. Once the person enters they are counted and added to the room targeted occupancy level.

If a person's temperature is elevated they are prevented from entering into the building by the HandyCTH gates. Instructions are given on what the person needs to do next through visual ques give on the built-in display. An optional alert can be sent to security or building management indicating the presence of a temperature elevated person so they can take appropriate action if needed.

The HandyCTH features a Dual integrated sanitizing system that effectively neutralizes a multitude of germs and viruses. Method one is through a timed exposure to UV-C light. By bathing your hands in UV-C light for 3-5 seconds the HandyCTH helps prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses. Method two is by an integrated Alcohol/Gel Hand Sanitizers through an automated dispenser. A person has a choice of using either method or they can use both for added protection.
